Postgraduate level: “Advanced Topics in Artificial Intelligence”, “Developmental Robotics”, “Sensor-Robotic Systems”, “Eco-Data Processing and Eco-Monitoring”, “Ontologies for Annotation and Retrieval of Unstructured Data”, “Data Fusion” and “Remote Sensing”.
Lecturing courses in Oracle Database and SQL Server to several groups.


Educational projects:

Several EU TEMPUS projects among them: “ECOSYSTEM INFORMATICS -Development of Postgraduate Curriculum” (2007-2009), “Wireless Campus for Strengthening of Student Services” (2003-2005), “Virtual Digital Library and Digitalisation as a part of Distance Education System” (2002-2004) and “Development of a Virtual Laboratory” (2001).


Consulting experience:

A consultant to the Ministry of Environment and to several companies for developing databases and information systems.


Participation in research projects:

- “XPERO – Robotic learning by experimentation” (2006-2009), financed by European Commision through the Framework Program 6 (FP6), (principal investigator on the subcontractor side);
- “Modeling of learning in intelligent robots by applying the theories of dynamic systems and the interactivism” (2006-2009), financed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Macedonia, (senior researcher);
-"Enactivist representations of environments in natural and artificial agents" (2001-2003), financed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Macedonia, (researcher).


Awards:

- Walter Karplus Summer Research Grant by the IEEE Computation Intelligence Society, in 2005 (read more), for the research work titled “Efficient Data Management in Wireless Sensor Networks using Artificial Neural Networks”.
- Best graduated student at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in the generation 1990-95.


Publications:

More than 90 research papers presented on international conferences or published in international journals on Computer Science, with more than 330 citations according to Google Scholar.


Research interests:

Business Intelligence, Multimedia Processing. Cognitive Robotics, Multi-robot Cooperation.
